If you have a question for a Maintenance Board Member or the subdivision's Bookeeper, leave a message on the office telephone at 979-535-8978 and your call will be answered at their earliest convenience. All complaints and/or grievances must be reduced to written form and may be dropped in the subdivision's office mail slot, or it may be mailed to 202 Birch Forest Drive, Somerville, Texas 77879. The issue will be reviewed and researched by the Board and may be placed on the Maintenance Board Agenda to be discussed at a subsequent Board meeting.

Maintenance Board - The Maintenance Board meets the first Saturday of each month at 9:00 a.m. in the Community Building. All property owners are encouraged to attend.

Burleson County M.U.D. #1 - The M.U.D. Board meets the third Tuesday of each month at 10 a.m. in the M.U.D. office. All property owners are invited to attend. (For forms and information on the Burleson County M.U.D. #1, please go to


Birch Creek Area V.F.D. - The V.F.D. work days are the first and third Wednesday and training day is the third Saturday.  The meeting is held on the third Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. Summer time workdays are at 8:00 a.m. and winter workdays are 9:00 a.m. Anyone interested in joining are encouraged to contact a fireman, come to a work day, or a meeting.

Architectural Control Form

This form to request architectural changes to your property. Form must be completed and turned in to the subdivision's Architectural Control Committee for Maintenance Board approval prior to implementing any construction and/or modifications. The Property Owner will be notified in writing of the Board's final decision.

Community Building Rental

This form is required for the Community Building rental. Property Owner's Maintenance Fees must be current.

Trash & Dump Use Agreement

This form is required for the use of the Trash & Dump areas. Property Owner's Maintenance Fees must be current.

Free Use of Community Building
