If paying HOA Annual Dues, enter the amount from your invoice or email the office at bcfpiboard@gmail.com to verify your amount owed.

If paying the Pool Fee, remember that you must still take your card by the office to activate the pool access on your card.

If paying for the Building Rental, please verify availability by emailing the office at bcfpiboard@gmail.com prior to paying.
